Add an Employee


Here's how to add an employee to the system.

 

From the Lynx Main Menu . . .

1. Left-click on Company and a drop-down menu will appear.

2. Move the cursor to Company Setup.

3. Left-click on Employees which will display the Employees window.

4. Left-click on the button.

5. Move the cursor to the ID text box.

6. Key in the ID number of the employee you're adding.

Each employee MUST have an ID number.

7. Use the  key to navigate through to each of the other text boxes and key in the relevant information.

8. When you're done adding the employee, left-click the button.

9. To add more employees, return to step 4 above.

10. When you're done adding employees, left-click the close button to return to the Lynx Main Menu
