Here's how to add a person to an existing account. This process begins by finding the account that the person will be added to.
1. Find the account that the person will be added to by using one of the following:
2. Regardless of how you get to the account, the detail account screen for that customer will be displayed.
3. Left-click on the tab.
4. This will display the people on that account window.
5. Left-click the button.
6. This will move all of the other people (if any) on the account down one line leaving the top line empty.
7. Move the cursor to the First Name box and key it in. Then tab to the Last Name, Phone, and Phone type fields and fill those in also.
8. When you're done, left-click the close button to return to the Lynx Main Menu.
